Refund policy

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort or workshop start date and you have not received downloadable template kits beyond the preview samples.

Timeframe for requests

Refund requests must arrive within thirty (30) days after payment for unused seats, or within the fourteen-day pre-start window above — whichever applies to your situation. Late requests are reviewed case by case.

Full vs partial refunds

If you withdraw after the program begins but before completing 25% of live sessions, you may receive a partial refund of 50% of tuition minus a ₩50,000 administration fee. After 25% of sessions, tuition is generally non-refundable, though we may offer a credit toward a later cohort when illness or force majeure is documented.

Non-refundable items

• Completed self-paced sketchbooks after kit download
• Third-party tooling licenses purchased on your behalf at your request
• Custom on-site facilitation travel already incurred (invoiced separately)

Refund process

Email [email protected] with your full name, program name, payment date, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for payment proof.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within ten (10) business days after approval. Bank timelines outside Korea may add several days.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra charge.

Exceptions

Mandatory cooling-off rights under Korean consumer law, where applicable, take precedence over this policy. Team contracts may include alternate clauses stated in the signed statement of work.
