Data controller

Test Automation Digital, operating from 199-5, Dorogyotonggongdandaegugwangyeoksijibu 0, Daemyeong 11(sibil)-dong; Nam-gu; Daegu; Korea, is the controller for personal data collected through this website and our educational programs. Contact: [email protected], phone +82-1-302-4182.

What we collect

  • Contact form fields: name, email, optional topic, message content
  • Enrollment communications you send by email or phone
  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited (when analytics cookies are accepted)
  • Cookie preference stored locally in your browser

Purposes

We process data to respond to inquiries, administer cohorts, improve curriculum, secure the site, and — only with consent — understand aggregate content engagement via analytics.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active enrollment or legal claim. Enrollment records are kept for the duration of the program plus five years for accounting and dispute handling. Analytics events are retained in aggregate form for up to 14 months. You may request earlier deletion where law allows.

Your rights

Subject to Korean personal information protection law and other applicable rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in Korea.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Korea. If we use processors outside Korea (for example email or hosting providers), we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections, and we limit transfers to what is necessary for the service.

Security

We apply access controls, transport encryption where supported, and staff need-to-know limits. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or sensitive credentials through the contact form.

Cookies

See our dedicated Cookies page for types, durations, and how to manage preferences.
